Over 600 cases currently pending in multi-district litigation against Glaxo Smith Kline allege that the anti-anxiety drug Paxil has caused heart defects in infants born to mothers who were prescribed the drug during pregnancy.

Trials are slated to begin in Philadelphia in September and continue into next year.
