A college student who posted parodies of a college professor on the Internet could sue a local prosecutor for approving a warrant application for the search of his home and computer, the 10th Circuit has ruled in reversing a dismissal.

The plaintiff created a fictional character, Junius Puke, for his Internet-based journal, The Howling Pig. Junius Puke was intended as a parody of a professor at the Colorado public college the plaintiff attended.
