Summary


An asbestos manufacturer is not entitled to summary judgment even though the plaintiff testified at a deposition that he did not recall the manufacturer's name and did not recall whether he worked with any product bearing the manufacturer's name, the California Court of Appeal has ruled.

The suit was brought by a couple claiming that workplace exposure to asbestos-containing products manufactured by the defendant resulted in the husband's mesothelioma.
